The extra guest bedrooms must always be rented in conjunction with the Main Floor Guest House. Beyond that, the combination of rooms is entirely up to your discretion.

- This floor directly overlooks the pool & jacuzzi with an unobstructed view of the Pacific & Land's End;
- Large master bedroom with a private bath (King size bed and twin bed);
- Incredible ocean views from all rooms on this floors;
- Spacious living & dining area with comfortable lounging chairs, wet bar and a large screen color TV (35"/satellite);
- Well-equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender.
Amenities
- This unique suite a living room plus dining area with a breakfast bar equipped with microwave oven, fridge and coffee maker, queen bed with the space for another queen bed if required. Ideal as an in-law suite or for those who wish extra privacy away from the main house with separate cooking facilities. No view.

Villa Stein Rates
Summer Special
(Rates valid until Oct. 01)$750 per night Regular Rate $1200 per night
Add 25% to these rates during holidays.
- Staff gratuities not included.
- Rates in US Dollars - Subject to change without notice.
- Complimentary Van or Suburban return airport-to-villa transfer (up to 8 guests) is available for initial Los Cabos guest arrival only (first group to arrive). Applicable to rentals of 5 nights or more. Guests arriving at a later time must make alternate transportation arrangements.
7 night minimum + 25% increase for holiday periods
NOTE: Please be aware that, while the Villa is only rented to one party at a time, the upper level of the Main House is available for owner use at any given time. This area has a separate entrance and does not infringe on living areas reserved for guest use. Rest assured that the owner will do his utmost to insure guest privacy.
