The villa faces due south so that the very private pool / deck area, enjoys full sun all day with covered shade area, the southern exposure also protects the pool / deck area from any strong breezes. Other advantages of the villa are the central air conditioning and ceiling fans, heated pool and jacuzzi, (solar and gas), satellite T.V. reception from the U.S., VCR, and stereo sound system, (cassette and CD players), inside an on deck, purified water system and a built in gas BBQ system, fully equipped gourmet kitchen has built in stove, oven, microwave, blender, side by side refrigerator as well as coffee grinder / maker and four-slice toaster. |

The villa comes with daily maid service, washer, dryer,iron and ironing board, extra linens and beach towels, also local telephone service is provided; long distance has to be arranged via phone deposit. The property manager will meet you upon your arrival with freshly made tortilla chips and plenty of cool beer and soft drinks, he will come by daily and be glad to attend to all your needs during your stay, such as shopping for food, arrangements for fishing boats, golf, transportation to the airport, etc. He will also cook breakfast on your first morning at owner expense and at guests expense for either breakfast or dinner thereafter if you desire. |
