Twenty-seven years ago in 1974, Cabo San Lucas was an increasingly popular vacation destination at what locals call "Land's End" of the Baja Peninsula. Architect Manuel Diaz Rivera purchased 360 acres of barren land on the rugged northwestern outskirts, slightly removed from the growing town, where the landscape was simply magnetic. Unobstructed views of the crystal blue Sea of Cortez and Pacific Ocean, an unbroken stretch of Pacific beach, and proximity to the many marvels of the untamed Baja Peninsula made the location unique in the world.

But it was his unique vision for the land- a well -planned, quality development with privacy, security and modern services and amenities - that has created the region's most prestigious neighborhood. One where three generations of Diaz Rivera's family have settled. And where many others have come to enjoy "la pura vida" (love of life) in the present, and invest for their future, as well.
