• 10% Discount for Low Season - Aug. 01 to Sep. 30
• 5 nights minimum during peak season - Oct. 01 - July 31.
• 4 nights minimum during low season (Aug. 01 - Sep. 30).
• Christmas Week 12/20/07 - 12/27/07 - $3,250/night.
• New Years Week 12/27/07 - 1/3/08 - $4,250/night.
• 7 night minimum and 25% premium for Thanksgiving.

$1950 event charge (Weddings, large parties, large dinners, etc. at which more people will be at the house than the number of guests who are staying at the villa)
Add 13% tax. Prices in US dollars.
$1000 Refundable Security Deposit in addition to above rates. Rates subject to change without notice.
