    Villa Andaluza is situated in the exclusive gated community of the Pedrigal. Completed in early 2007 this beautiful villa encompasses over 8,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space (5,200 interior and 3,000 exterior) and has an adjoining neighbor that enables us to accommodate up to 20 people between two houses. Because it is situated on a bluff, this villa presents breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.

The House

As a private luxury villa, four of the six bedrooms are built to master suite standards, with private marble baths. The Grand Master Suite has additional private Jacuzzi and fire pit on a covered terrace with ocean view. The two Master rooms also feature a Bose Surround Sound Home Theater System and every bedroom has HDTV with satellite reception, a CD player, air-conditioning and its own uniquely decorated theme.

Grand Master Suite has additional private Jacuzzi and fire pit. Multiple water features include indoor/outdoor waterfall. Indoor/outdoor fireplace. Surround sound throughout living room and pool area. Outdoor kitchen area includes palapa shaded BBQ and bar counter.
An extra amenity that comes with the house is the use of the Pedregal Spa. While staying at our Villa you are welcome to use the Spa at no charge.
