    Villa Stein, in beautiful Cabo San Lucas, is nestled on a one of a kind piece of property where time seems to stand still, overlooking the Southern most tip of Baja California with a breathtaking, unparalleled view of the Sea of Cortez meeting the Pacific Ocean.

    This Villa is located in one of the most prestigious residential sections of Cabo San Lucas, "El Pedregal."The open ocean offers a variety of entertainment ranging from watching the whales frolic in the surf to counting the boats as they return to harbor at the end of the day.
    Villa Stein has just been totally remodeled. Now it has Travertine Marble floors throughout, granite and marble counter-tops, brand new bathrooms and high quality bed-linens. The spectacular location needs no up-dating!!
    Our pool is cantilevered over the beach to take advantage of the location and a swim up bar makes it the perfect spot to spend the day. There is also a Jacuzzi and a private bath outside. Take a trip to Lovers Beach where you can snorkel, swim & beach it or catch a Water Taxi to "The Office" or "Billygan's" and sip on a Margarita and enjoy Typical Mexican Platos (Dishes).
    Daily housekeeping service is provided by Ismael & Martha. They will take care of making beds, changing towels and linens and general maintenance of the home. A French chef is available with prior notice, as well as in-villa spa treatments. Our non-smoking home is designed to easily accommodate groups ranging from two to eight, depending on your room selection. We only rent to one party at a time to insure privacy for our guests.

Ideal as an in-law suite or for those who wish extra privacy away from the main house with separate cooking facilities. No view.

  • Complimentary Van or Suburban return airport-to-villa transfer (up to 8 guests) is available for initial Los Cabos guest arrival only (first group to arrive). Applicable to rentals of 5 nights or more. Guests arriving at a later time must make alternate transportation arrangements.

• Three night minimum
• Seven night minimum for holiday periods

NOTE: Please note that, while the Villa is only rented to one party at a time, the upper level of the Main House is reserved for owner use. The owners do not use this section when the villa is rented.

"Perfection"

The property sits on a rocky promontory with a spectacular view of Lands End, the ocean and the beach. Whale watching is easy from the pool deck.
The gated community keeps everything nice and peaceful.
There are 4 very nice suites, three of which have excellent views. They have nice physical separation if you need some alone time.
The beach in the view is not accessible but there is access to a very nice beach on the other side of the community. You can walk to the beach if you want a short hike or drive as there is parking there.
Downtown Cabo is a 5 minute drive away. You can walk into downtown as well, but be prepared for the hike up the hill on the return.
The owners are super nice and take pride in this property with such a preeminent location.
There is satellite TV in every room and the WIFI works very well.
There are 2 staff available for guest services if you choose. There is a Weber gas grill for cooking out and a fully equipped kitchen.
We had everything we needed and more; ie, there were fireworks from the beach 3 nights a week.
Our entire family had a wonderful time.

"Family vacation in your own private portion of paradise"

We stayed at this BEAUTIFUL home for our family vacation in January with our adult children and their spouses. Room for everyone to have their own space while still having a place to all center/spend time together is always a concern, but you will NOT be disappointed with this home. The property itself is gorgeous and peaceful as you wind your way to your individual suites. I would describe it as connected, while still having room for privacy. Each suite offers a variety of perks or amenities; a spa, a water cooler in each room, a minifridge, sound machine…the list goes on and its clear the owners put thought into what their guests would need to rest peacefully.
We are a family of wanna-be-chefs and rarely do we find such a well-stocked/well-equipped kitchen. It will not disappoint if you plan on having few meals in during your time.
But enough about the rooms and the kitchen….THAT VIEW. We have traveled many places as a family and this time, we found ourselves hard-pressed to even leave the pool side with the panoramic view of the ocean and other side of the “arch.” We got to whale watch every day without having to even leave the poolside or pay for a tour and even my kids were all up to watch the beautiful sunrise over the ocean each morning. Watching the boat traffic alone, each day, could keep you occupied for hours! The poolside bar, hot tub, floats, and extensive pool lounging all kept everyone pool side for most of our time each day.
Let’s talk about Ismael and Patty…they are on property ready to ensure that you receive top-notch guest services. They were SO friendly, SO helpful, and always made sure that when we were feeling a little lazy/in vacation mode, you came back to a pristine room and beautiful kitchen/house. Ismael even helped us book a reservation for a restaurant that was booked up for the month AND helped us coordinate a ride for all of us.
This property had it all and you truly will feel like you are nestled away in your own private portion of paradise. Thank you Caroline and Bill for sharing your beautiful home!

"Enjoy the pool and watch the world go by!"
This house has the most spectacular view in all of Pedregal. It was so much fun to watch ships come and go, waves breaking on the beach, whale migrating and the most spectacular sunrises ever. The view is truly amazing. We stayed with another couple and had a great time. The neighborhood is very safe and fun to hike around. We walked to the neighborhood beach and we were the only ones there. We walked to the cutest café next to the neighborhood tennis courts and had a great breakfast. We’ve vacationed in Cabo many times, and Villa Stein gave us an adventure like no other and we’d highly recommend it.

"Paradise during a pandemic"
With all the concerns about travel and safety during Coronavirus, our mouths dropped open when we walked out onto the deck of Villas Stein. It's all about the views- ALL DAY LONG! From the most beautiful sunrises over the Pacific Ocean, whale watching from the pool deck,and fireworks in the evenings from local hotels, we were happy to shelter in place at this fine house.
Ismael, the caretaker of the house greeted us at our arrival and took care of all our needs - from margaritas in the afternoons to a late run for forgotten toiletries, he made sure we felt safe and all of our needs met.
Martha, our housekeeper, was quick and prompt cleaning our rooms daily that we hardly saw her, but we slept on IRONED bed sheets!
The house is on a cliff in a Pedregal - a safe gated community overlooking the Waldorf . Even though the Waldorf boasts of its views, we felt like queens of the world overlooking the property.
Caroline and William our hosts, were very responsive to all of our questions and flexible with requests with changing times during Covid. The house is surrounded by more modern homes, but we felt the colors of the house and vibrant landscaping captured the beauty of Baja California and voted to have the best views. We were delighted to "shelter in place" here for 5 days. It was so hard to leave and look forward to coming back to this beautiful point of paradise.
